I read about Don Derosa in the profile section of Gary Keller’s book called “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.” I waited until the real estate downtown was in full-effect, to do a “Where-Are-They-Now” type of interview.  For Don, he still at the top of his game. I really enjoyed this interview especially our discussion about him staying up until 3 am watching a Ron LeGrande infomercial. His story will make show that you need Focus and Action to be successful.

I read about Dwan Bent-Twyford in the profile section of Gary Keller’s book called “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.” I waited until the real estate downtown was in full-effect, to do a “Where-Are-They-Now” type of interview.

For Dwan Bent-Twyford, she still at the top of her game. I really enjoyed this interview with a former waitress who learned how to rehab properties by going to Home Depot Do-It-Yourself classes. She doesn’t go to those type of classes anymore, but she teaches them at www.InvestorsEdgeUniversity.com

You have to listen to her story of how she found her niche in a state that she doesn’t even live in. Her story will make you jump off the Cliff of Procrastination, especially when you learn how she uses government money to fund her dreams.
